Version dated 28 August 2026
Russian original. This English text is a translation for convenience. The Russian original prevails to the extent permitted by mandatory law.
This Agreement governs free and paid use of AI360. Paid sales are governed by the Public Offer.
1.1. AI360 / 1-Click 360 Sphere Camera includes mobile clients, ai360.tnick.cc, web interfaces and related functions (the Service). It is owned by Nikita Andreevich Andrianov, taxpayer ID 773001849734, a Russian Professional Income Tax payer (the Developer).
1.2. The Service is for legally capable individuals aged 18 or older and for personal, non-commercial use unless separately agreed in writing.
1.3. Registration or use after a link to this Agreement is displayed confirms acceptance. Where personal-data consent is required, the User gives a separate affirmative action after access to the applicable text; the Service records version, date, method and technical evidence.
2.1. AI360 combines photographs and uses software and external AI to create synthetic 360° panoramas. Availability depends on the device, version, plan, network, load and selected provider.
2.2. AI360 may use CometAPI, ProxyAPI, OpenAI and Google Gemini. The route may change; data transfers are described in the Privacy Policy.
2.3. The Service is not permanent photo storage. The User must save important originals and results.
3.1. An account may use email/password or an available Apple, Google or other sign-in method. The User must use an address they control, protect the device, password and sessions, and promptly report suspected compromise.
3.2. Selling, renting or transferring the account, plan or allowance is prohibited. The Developer may end sessions or temporarily limit operations to protect an account.
4.1. Linking is voluntary and requires proof of control of both accounts. Matching names or emails alone do not link accounts.
4.2. Linking does not transfer or add balances. Billing automatically selects one active financial profile by the effective plan and its priority rules; suppressed funds are not fallback funds. A Filexa operation can reduce the generations shown in AI360 and vice versa.
4.3. Linking or unlinking may be temporarily blocked by an active reservation or conflicting financial state. Unlinking affects future access only and does not reverse completed work, restore spent value, cancel a subscription or move funds from their home profile. The User must secure every linked account.
5.1. The User warrants that they have the rights and any required third-party consents to upload, process and transmit photographs and other materials to technical providers.
5.2. For the duration of an operation, the User grants a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free technical licence to copy, reformat and send the materials solely to perform and deliver the operation, provide security and support. No publication or advertising right is granted.
5.3. AI360 does not use images to identify people biometrically. The User must not rely on automatic masking as the only protection for confidential or third-party data.
The User must not upload or create unlawful content, child sexual abuse material, pornography prohibited by law, extremist or terrorist content, calls for violence, defamation, deceptive or abusive deepfakes, infringements, malware, stolen credentials, unlawfully obtained personal data, or material violating another person’s privacy or image rights.
The User must not attack, scrape, reverse engineer, bypass limits or safeguards, impersonate another person, resell an account or generations, or provide AI360 as a commercial service without written permission.
7.1. AI can add, remove or alter objects, people, text, architecture, colours and geometry and can create seams, artefacts and invented details. Areas outside the original camera view are synthetic.
7.2. A panorama is not an accurate record, measurement, safety control, evidence or professional technical document. The User must verify it before publication or practical use and label AI processing where law or context requires.
7.3. The Developer does not guarantee uniqueness, copyright protection, registrability, factual accuracy or a particular aesthetic outcome. Subjective dissatisfaction with a technically completed result is not by itself a defect.
AI360, a store or an AI provider may reject a request or limit access for a legal, safety, security or rights violation. Material or repeated violations may lead to suspension. Where safe, the User may request review. Suspension does not remove mandatory rights regarding a paid but unperformed part.
9.1. Price, currency, period, allowance and renewal status are shown before purchase. In-app purchases, if enabled, use only a store-authorised method.
9.2. Deleting AI360, deleting the account or unlinking Filexa does not cancel a subscription. Cancellation and purchase restoration use the purchase channel.
9.3. A future voluntary-support payment buys no plan, generation or access and changes no account function.
10.1. AI360 is supplied “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10.2. The Developer does not guarantee continuous operation or provider response time, compatibility with every device, fitness for a specific purpose, unchanged external models, or uninterrupted stores, hosting, email or network access.
10.3. The Developer is not responsible for mandatory government restrictions or blocking or failures of external AI/API providers, stores, hosting and communications outside reasonable control. This does not remove obligations for a paid but unperformed part.
10.4. A failed generation must not consume the allowance. The Refund Policy governs remedies.
The Service code, interface, design, documentation and marks belong to the Developer or their licensors. The User keeps rights in source materials. Rights in an AI output depend on applicable law and human creative contribution; the Developer promises no exclusive right or registrability. A rightsholder may email thismailnotbad@gmail.com identifying the disputed material or output, evidence of rights, the alleged infringement and contact details. The Developer records and reviews the complaint, may temporarily restrict access while checking it, considers the User's counter-notice, and communicates the decision. Knowingly false complaints are prohibited.
Processing is described in the Privacy Policy. Where consent is required, a separate affirmative action is recorded with the relevant text version, date, method and technical evidence.
The User is responsible for lawful materials, required rights and consents, and use of the result. To the extent permitted by law, the User compensates documented losses directly caused by their violation. No clause excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14.1. The User can delete the account through Profile confirmation. Local history is deleted separately. Deletion does not cancel a subscription and does not immediately erase legally retained financial, tax, security or dispute records.
14.2. Changes apply prospectively. Material paid-function changes are communicated through an available channel; a new consent is requested where required.
14.3. Russian law governs, subject to non-waivable rules applicable in the User’s country of residence. Contact: thismailnotbad@gmail.com.
