AI360 Public Offer

for digital panorama-generation services using artificial intelligence

Version dated 28 August 2026

Russian original. This English text is a translation for convenience. If the texts differ, the Russian original prevails to the extent permitted by mandatory law.

This document is a public offer under Article 437(2) of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

1. Provider and Customer

1.1. The Provider is Nikita Andreevich Andrianov, Russian taxpayer identification number 773001849734, an individual applying the Russian Professional Income Tax regime (the Provider).

1.2. Contact: thismailnotbad@gmail.com. This email is also used for legally significant electronic communications. Official page: tnick.cc.

1.3. The Customer is a legally capable individual aged 18 or older who buys the Service for personal, non-commercial use (the User).

2. Service and contract documents

2.1. AI360, also known as 1-Click 360 Sphere Camera, includes mobile clients, the ai360.tnick.cc backend, web interfaces and related functions (the Service).

2.2. The Service processes a set of photographs with software and external AI/API providers to create a 360° panorama. AI-generated areas are synthetic and are not an exact record of reality.

2.3. This Offer, the User Agreement, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and the price, period, renewal status and generation allowance shown before payment form the contract.

2.4. A store or payment-provider rule applies to payment, cancellation and refund only to the extent that the relevant operation is controlled by that provider.

3. Acceptance

3.1. For a direct purchase, the User accepts this Offer by choosing a paid offer, expressly confirming acceptance and completing payment.

3.2. If an in-app store purchase becomes available, confirmation through that store also constitutes acceptance for AI360 services, subject to the store rules.

3.3. The contract is concluded after the payment channel confirms payment and the purchase can be matched to the User account.

3.4. Free use is governed by the User Agreement and does not itself accept a paid offer.

3.5. At each purchase or renewal, the Service records an immutable commercial snapshot: Offer version, plan, price, currency, term, allowance and renewal conditions.

4. Services

4.1. A paid service may be a time-limited subscription, a non-renewing generation package, or a separate operation expressly described before payment.

4.2. A generation is one completed server operation that produces and makes a panorama available in the selected mode.

4.3. A failed operation that supplies no result because of a technical fault must not consume the allowance. A temporary reservation is released after failure or reservation expiry.

4.4. AI360 displays the available amount in whole generations. The shared Billing system may internally use Lex accounting units, but AI360 does not present Lex as money or a payment instrument.

5. Plans and prices

5.1. The regular USD web-price snapshot in the current Billing catalog is:

| Plan | Monthly allowance and base generations | Price |

| --- | --- | --- |

| FREE | 10 Lex equivalent: 1 generation | free |

| START | 200 Lex equivalent: 20 generations | USD 2.49/month or USD 24.99/year |

| PRO | 400 Lex equivalent: 40 generations | USD 4.99/month or USD 49.99/year |

| DIAMOND | 1,000 Lex equivalent: 50 generations | USD 12.49/month or USD 124.99/year |

5.2. The projection uses the current base cost of 10 Lex per generation for FREE, START and PRO and 20 Lex per generation for DIAMOND. A mode with a different cost is shown before use.

5.3. The checkout controls the actual currency and final amount. Store prices, taxes and currency conversion may differ and are displayed under the relevant storefront rules; this table does not promise a fixed exchange rate.

5.4. An unused monthly allowance does not roll over unless the checkout expressly says otherwise. Free and compensatory generations may have their own expiry and no cash value.

5.5. Price or allowance changes apply only to future purchases and renewals and do not reduce a purchased allowance during its term.

5.6. A temporary promotion or promo code is governed by separate rules made available before use. A promotional benefit has no cash value unless those rules or mandatory law state otherwise.

6. Shared Billing and linked accounts

6.1. AI360 may use shared Billing infrastructure with Filexa. The User may voluntarily link accounts only after control of both accounts is confirmed.

6.2. Linking does not transfer, add or divide funds. Billing automatically selects one active financial profile by the effective plan and its priority rules; suppressed profiles are not fallback funding sources. Use in one product can reduce the amount shown in the other.

6.3. Linking or unlinking may be temporarily unavailable during an active reservation or conflicting financial state. Unlinking affects future operations only and does not reverse completed operations, restore spent value, cancel a subscription or transfer a balance from its home profile. The User is responsible for securing every linked account.

7. Payment, renewal and voluntary support

7.1. Ecosystem channels are Telegram Stars, Robokassa and Apple/Google purchases technically synchronised through RevenueCat. Digital services inside Telegram use Stars; App Store or Google Play apps use the applicable store payment method where required; Robokassa is a separate web channel without prohibited external-payment links inside an app.

7.2. Each enabled channel may offer a one-time monthly or annual plan. Additional Lex and separate generation packages are unavailable in AI360. Only a method actually shown at checkout is available. RevenueCat integration and Robokassa recurring capability are not User-facing until displayed; Robokassa recurring is not enabled at this version.

7.2.1. The ecosystem-wide rule for products that permit additional Lex purchases is that additional Lex is unavailable on FREE, is always purchased once, and requires a currently active paid subscription using that subscription's payment channel. AI360 permits no such purchase on any plan.

7.3. Recurring renewal applies only when clearly disclosed and separately confirmed. While a paid term is active, its channel owns the subscription: prepaid permits at most one future term through the same channel; a third term and another channel are blocked. Recurring renews only through its own lifecycle and blocks every new plan purchase, including a one-time purchase through the same channel. A different channel is available only after actual expiry and return to FREE.

7.4. For a direct sale, the Provider issues a Russian Professional Income Tax receipt where required. A platform may issue its own payment document.

7.5. The Provider does not receive a full card number, CVC/CVV or payment password.

7.6. An unconfirmed or duplicated payment notification does not create a second allowance pending reconciliation. After confirmation, the Provider activates or restores the purchase, or refunds it if performance is impossible.

7.7. If a voluntary-support function is later displayed, that payment supports operation and development only. It buys no plan, generation, allowance or access and changes no account function. The applicable channel and rules are shown before confirmation, and mandatory tax and receipt duties remain.

8. When the service is performed

8.1. Access or a package is activated when it appears in the account and can be used. This does not mean that every future generation has already been performed.

8.2. A generation is performed when the technical operation finishes and the panorama is delivered or made available in the Service.

8.3. A subscription is performed continuously during the paid term by maintaining the promised access, subject to reasonable maintenance and external-infrastructure limits.

8.4. Subjective dissatisfaction with the style or aesthetics of a technically completed AI result is not by itself a defect. Mandatory rights for an objective defect remain.

9. Refund and cancellation

9.1. The Refund Policy applies.

9.2. Apple/Google refunds and cancellation follow the relevant store procedure; RevenueCat carries technical events and does not replace the store decision. Telegram Stars follows Telegram's procedure. A direct-payment request is sent to the Provider. The unperformed part is calculated with regard to completed generations, actual period used and documented direct expenses where mandatory law permits.

10. Availability and liability

10.1. The Service is supplied “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law. It is not evidence, measurement, safety-control or guaranteed technical documentation.

10.2. The Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted third-party AI, store, hosting, network or payment services, compatibility with every device, preservation of every object, or fitness for a particular purpose.

10.3. The Provider remains responsible for its own part but is not liable for events outside reasonable control, including mandatory government restrictions or blocking and failures of distribution platforms, hosting, communications or named external providers. This does not remove obligations for a paid but unperformed part.

10.4. The User is responsible for lawful materials, third-party rights and use of the result. To the extent permitted by law, the User compensates documented losses directly caused by their violation.

11. Changes and termination

11.1. This Offer applies from publication until withdrawal or replacement. The version accepted at payment applies to the paid term, except mandatory legal changes or changes benefiting the User.

11.2. Material changes to a future recurring renewal are communicated before the next charge through an available channel.

12. Complaints

12.1. Send requests to thismailnotbad@gmail.com with the account email, purchase date and channel, transaction and operation IDs, and a short description. Never send full card details or passwords.

12.2. Monetary claims are handled within the legally required period; the operational target is up to 10 calendar days from receipt of the claim. A request for missing information does not restart that period.

13. Governing law and details

13.1. Russian law governs, subject to non-waivable consumer rights that apply in the User’s country of residence.

13.2. Provider: Nikita Andreevich Andrianov, taxpayer ID 773001849734, Professional Income Tax payer. Email: thismailnotbad@gmail.com. Official page: tnick.cc.
